Regular Registration (October 15 - November 8, 2008) Full - $450.00 Trainee/Fellows/Students* - $250.00 Industry Employees - $500.00
*Please note that trainee/fellow/student registration must be accompanied by a letter certifying status - fax to 781-681-2915.
These fees include: all plenary sessions, 1 reception, 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, refreshments, and course materials.
Payment may be made by check, money order, or MasterCard/Visa/American Express. All completed registrations will be acknowledged by email. Cancellations must be received in writing no later than October 23, 2008. Refunds will not be issued for any cancellations received after October 23, 2008.
Note: Please register early. Space for this program is limited. If the conference or any part of the conference, is cancelled, liability is limited to the registration fee.
Special Requirements: If you require special assistance (i.e. wheelchair, auxillary aids) or have special dietary requirements, please identify these in the field provided in the online registration form.
No cameras, tape recorders, or other recording devices are permitted in the meeting room. Name badges will be provided onsite, and for security reasons, are required for admission to all sessions.
Abstracts: The deadline for abstract submission is October 17, 2008. In order to submit an abstract, you must first register for the conference. You must then read and agree to our Abstract Terms and Conditions (on the Submit An Abstract page). In order to access the Abstract submission template, click the "Continue To Submission Form" button at the bottom of the Submit An Abstract page (please note: if you have not registered for the conference, you will not be able to see the button to access the abstract template). Structure your abstract to include the following information: abstract title, list of authors, list of author's affiliation(s), research objective, materials/methods, results, conclusions, grant support (if applicable). Your abstract should not be more than one page in length. There is a 250 word limit for each section. It is not possible to upload graphs or charts with the online submission form. |
