Welcome to "Diabetic Heart Diseases" an educational video presentation from the live symposium titled Disorders of Lipid Metabolism, an online continuing education (CE) course. This online CE program was launched on December 19, 2007 and will expire on December 31, 2008. The estimated completion time is 45 minutes.

Registering
All participants must complete the registration form to take part in this continuing education (CE) opportunity. United States physicians can earn cme credit. All other participants will receive a certificate of completion (COC); see Getting a Certificate below.
Navigation in the Program
This CE report is a video with slides. The learner will watch the video and at the conclusion of the program will be required to complete a post-test and evaluation (see Taking the Test below). The minimum system requirements are:

Taking the Test
When you reach the end of the program, you will be prompted to take a brief multiple-choice test, followed by a program evaluation. There are 5 post-test questions. Your test score must be 4 or more questions answered correctly to earn CE credit. Although the evaluation is not graded, you must complete it to receive CE credit or a certificate of completion.
Getting a Certificate/Statement of Credit
When you finish both the test and evaluation, the program will display your test score. If you pass, you can print a CE certificate or submit an email request to have one mailed to you. All other participants will receive a certificate of completion. If you do not pass, you can review the program materials and take the test again.
