Paul A. Bunn, M.D. discloses that his presentation will include discussion of off-label or otherwise non-approved uses of products with regard to Getfitnib and Cetuximab in lung cancer. The CME content over which Dr. Bunn has control contains information about healthcare products or services, and Dr. Bunn has had a financial relationship within the past 12 months in connection with these healthcare products or services (consultant for Imclone, Genentech, Elli Lilly, Sanofi-aventis).

Wafik El-Deiry, M.D. discloses that his presentation will include discussion of off-label or otherwise non-approved uses of products with regard to the potential of combining Sorafenib with TRAIL.

Douglas Yee, M.D. discloses that the CME content over which he has control contains information about healthcare products or services, and that Dr. Yee has had a financial relationship within the past 12 months in connection with these healthcare products or services, namely a research grant through Pfizer.
