Welcome to "Cytokines and Chemokines: Roles In Endometrial Function" an educational video presentation from the live symposium titled Endometrial Biology and Pathologies: Transdisciplinary Science Meets Clinical Practice, an online continuing education (CE) course. This online CE program was launched on June 28, 2007 and will expire on November 30, 2008.

Registering

All participants must complete the registration form to take part in this continuing education (CE) opportunity. United States physicians can earn CME credit, nurses can earn contact hours, and pharmacists can earn CEU credit. All other participants will receive a certificate of completion (COC); see Getting a Certificate below.

This CE report is a video with slides. The minimum system requirements are:

Web Browser: Windows Internet Explorer 5.0+, Mac Safari 1.2+

Taking the Test

When you reach the end of the program, you will be prompted to take a brief multiple-choice test, followed by a program evaluation. There are 5 post-test questions. Your test score must be 4 or more questions answered correctly to earn CE credit.  Although the evaluation is not graded, you must complete it to receive CE credit or a certificate of completion.

Getting a Certificate/Statement of Credit

When you finish both the test and evaluation, the program will display your test score. If you pass, you can print a CE certificate or an ACPE statement of credit immediately or submit an email request to have one mailed to you. All other participants will receive a certificate of completion. If you do not pass, you can review the program materials and take the test again.
