XVIth Ovarian Workshop

The registration fee for the Ovarian Workshop is US $475 for full registration.  Trainees, students, and fellows may take advantage of a discounted registration fee of US $375 (please note that trainee/fellow registrations must be accompanied by a letter certifying status).  Guest fee is US $125.

Payment may be made by check, money order or MasterCard/Visa/American Express. All completed registrations will be acknowledge by mail.

Cancellations will be assessed a US $50 administrative fee and must be received in writing no later than June 28, 2007. Refunds will not be issued for any cancellations received after June 28, 2007.

Note: Please register early. Space for this program is limited. If the conference, or any part of the conference, is cancelled, liability is limited to the registration fee.

No cameras, tape recorders, or other recording devices are permitted in the meeting room. Name badges will be provided onsite, and for security reasons, are required for admission to all sessions.
