Endometrial Biology and Pathologies

Registration Information

The registration fee for Endometrial Biology was US $550. Trainees, students, fellows, nurses, and pharmacists were able to take advantage of a discounted registration fee of US $350 (please note that the trainee/fellow registration had to be accompanied by a letter certifying status). The fee includes: all plenary sessions, 1 reception, 1 dinner, 2 lunches, 2 continental breakfasts, refreshments, and course materials.

Payment could be made by check, money order or MasterCard/Visa/American Express. All completed registrations were acknowledged by mail.

Cancellations were assessed a US $50 administrative fee and had to be received in writing no later than September 29, 2006. Refunds were not issued for any cancellations received after September 29, 2006.

No cameras, tape recorders, or other recording devices were permitted in the meeting room. Name badges were provided onsite, and for security reasons, were required for admission to all sessions.
