Endometrial Biology and Pathologies

Transdisciplinary Science Meets Clinical Practice

november 15-17, 2006
san francisco, california

Recognized experts from multiple disciplines came together to evaluate the underlying genetic, molecular and pathophysiologic mechanisms of endometrial biology and its related pathologies in this comprehensive two and a half day meeting. The Scientific Committee assembled a unique group of basic and clinical scientists who do cutting edge research on the biology of the endometrium. These experts presented their latest findings and discussed the challenges of translating scientific knowledge into potential applications in reproductive medicine. The program design also facilitated full engagement by young investigators. There was ample opportunities to networking, interact with senior faculty and discuss mutual research and clinical interests. A first prize and other awards were presented to lead authors for the best presentations in the poster session that was adjudicated by an expert panel.
