Our mission

BioSymposia is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing state-of-the-art medical education for scientists, physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, through credible clinical and scientific educational activities designed to enhance patient care and improve healthcare outcomes.

We aim to preserve academic integrity, by providing a spectrum of effective, clinically relevant, unbiased, Board-approved educational tools that address clearly demonstrated educational needs. Content ranges from basic and clinical science to practice management. Fields of specialty we serve include, but are not limited to, endocrinology (adult, pediatric, and reproductive), obstetrics and gynecology, oncology, immunology, neurology, dermatology, and infectious disease.

In order to meet a variety of educational needs, content formats include live international scientific symposia, post-graduate courses, workshops, seminars, and vehicles of self-directed distance learning such as monographs, peer-reviewed journal articles, video and teleconferences, CD-rom/VHS, and Internet-based courses.

We are committed to assessing the results of our efforts in order to ensure continuous improvement and to reflect current best practices. Our goal is to assist healthcare providers in continually improving their practice of medicine, mastering their specialty, living up to professional standards of excellence, and ultimately in improving their patients’ healthcare outcomes.
